At Bright Healthy Smiles, we believe emotional comfort is every bit as important as exceptional clinical care. That is one of the reasons families love Eloise — our therapy dog pediatric dentist NYC families have come to count on.

Eloise is a small, hypoallergenic Cavapoo with a very important job: helping children feel calm, safe, and genuinely supported during their visit at our Upper East Side practice.

Eloise lives just across the street from New York City’s iconic Plaza Hotel and was named after the beloved Eloise children’s books — a fitting name for a little dog with a very big personality.

Like every member of our team, Eloise has her own special place at Bright Healthy Smiles. When she is not visiting patients, you will find her in her cozy little office nook, complete with her favorite bed, treat jar, and a chalkboard where the team leaves fun messages just for her.

It is one of the many thoughtful details that reflects our philosophy: every person — and every pup — who greets your family should help children feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
