Office Policies
We are pleased to welcome you to our practice. Our desire is to provide you with the highest quality dental care in an enjoyable and caring atmosphere. It is our policy to make definite financial arrangements with you. Below is an explanation of our financial policy.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. 1. We are a fee-for-service practice, therefore payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ATM Bank cards and Flex Spending cards).
Families who carry dental insurance understand that all dental services are charged directly to the parent and that he/she is personally responsible for payment of all dental services. This dental office cannot render services on the assumption that the resulting charges will be covered by your dental insurance company. As a courtesy , our team will electronically submit your claim to the insurance company for direct reimbursement. Our office is not responsible for incorrect information provided, which may result in incorrect submission of claims.
Please understand that the fact that we do not write or administer your dental benefit plan, makes it impossible for us to assure any payment from a third party carrier for any parts of your child’s treatment plan. If you have any questions regarding your plan benefits, please contact your insurance carrier directly.
When you make an appointment with our office, we set aside that time and make preparations specifically for your child. We respect your time and make every effort to stay on schedule. Kindly give at least 48 hours notice if you need to rearrange a scheduled appointment. A fee of $100 will be applied for missed appointments and/or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
The parent or guardian who brings the child for the initial visit is the responsible party. This parent is required to pay for services rendered regardless of what a divorce/separation decree may state.
Our team is always happy to answer any questions you might have.
Eloise, Our Service Dog
We are happy to introduce – Eloise! The Amazing Therapy Dog
Meet Eloise, our adorable therapy dog! She is a tiny 9 pound Cavapoo who lives across the street from the Plaza hotel, and was named after the beloved Eloise books. Her days are spent frolicking in Central Park each morning, enjoying her favorite treats (she especially loves cheese), getting in lots of belly rubs and naps, and spreading smiles to kids of all ages. Rest assured, she has been specially trained, evaluated, and registered through Pet Partners, and is hypoallergenic, making her the paw-fect addition to our Bright Healthy Smiles family.
